The room was clean, but the details fell short. Mould spots on the curtains were off-putting, and the dresser drawers didn’t stay closed, causing headaches when my daughter bumped into them. The bed was uncomfortable; I found it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Temperature control was adequate, but outlets didn’t charge our phones properly. No microwave was provided. Small shampoo bottles were a surprise; I expected more. The staff was friendly, and cleanliness in common areas was commendable, though the hotel felt somewhat dated, affecting the overall comfort.

A prime location, with quick access to the beach and friendly staff. The 21+ pool area is a welcome escape, though activities would benefit from indoor options due to the Texas heat. The breakfast buffet was solid, especially the omelette bar, but more variety wouldn’t hurt. a significant downside—my room's bathroom was in dire condition, complete with mold. Plumbing noises were unnerving. The staff resolved issues swiftly, but communication around ADA accommodations lacked urgency. Elevators need serious attention; one was out, and the other felt unsafe. Aaron stood out for his exceptional service amidst chaos. For the price, I expected more. Disappointed, especially as a Hilton Honors member.

The beachfront location is fantastic, and the pool area was very enjoyable. Check-in was disorganized, and the rooms need updates. Loved the nearby bicycle rental for coastal rides.

I had a terrible experience with customer service. When I tried to adjust my check-in date, the receptionist just hung up on me! It felt so frustrating to deal with such unprofessional behavior while needing help. Never again!

The pool area is a blast with a fun 21+ zone! The breakfast buffet rocks with fast omelettes and plenty of options.
The A/C unit had a habit of blowing hot air onto the balcony.

The pool was a total hit with my family; we loved lounging and soaking up the sun! The beach was just a short stroll away, making it so easy to catch some waves. Every staff member we encountered was super friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay feel special!

The pool area was a highlight, especially the 21+ section for a kid-free vibe, but it would be nice to have more indoor activities to escape the Texas heat. Breakfast had a solid omelette bar, though the buffet was basic. The dog-friendly atmosphere with a nice park in the back was welcoming. Unfortunately, the room had issues – moldy curtains and a neglected bathroom dampened the experience. Service could be more responsive, especially regarding urgent concerns. Despite a few bright spots, many aspects felt lacking for the price.

The hotel is just a few steps from iconic restaurants like Gaido's and a short walk to the Pleasure Pier and the seawall, making it super easy to enjoy strolls along the beach, while also being close to Menard Park and the Rainforest Cafe, which definitely added to our experience; the rooms were comfy with clean sheets and nice features like a fridge, but the room service could use a bit of improvement.

Great location near the beach and within walking distance of restaurants. The pool area was enjoyable, and the breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options to choose from.
The check-in process was disorganized, leading to room mix-ups. The communication from staff could be improved, and cleanliness standards were lacking in some areas of the room.

we had a great stay at Hilton in a very nice room with an incredible view. the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, offering suggestions for dinner and going above and beyond to assist us. the pool was a hit with the kids, and we were impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel, especially after hours.

Loved being right by the water, with a grocery store and Starbucks close by. Rooms were comfy and had a balcony for chill vibes. Plus, the pool was top, notch, perfect for daytime fun with the kids and later adult hangs at the bar.
Food lacked flavor, some staff seemed inexperienced, and mix, ups with charges left me frustrated.

Enjoyed late check-out, a sophisticated beachy vibe by the beautiful pool with island, and modern amenities. Loved sipping poolside cocktails. Contactless arrival was a breeze! Casual dining with Gulf Coast flair was a highlight!

From the arcade room to the swimming pools, our kids had a blast. They also loved the nearby Port of Galveston Cruise Terminal and the 61st Street Fishing Pier for exciting family activities.
My wife says that families with children would appreciate more kid-friendly meal options.

The room was pretty basic, nothing fancy, but it did have ironing facilities which came in handy. the heating seemed a bit wonky and the air conditioning was a bit noisy. One thing I did appreciate was having tea and coffee facilities in the room, it's always nice to be able to make a hot drink whenever you want. The sitting area was comfortable, but the mattress definitely needed an upgrade, it was causing some back pain. And can we talk about the tiny bathtub and the slow drain? Not the most pleasant shower experience, that's for sure. On the bright side, the hotel provided free toiletries which was a nice touch. We also had a flat-screen TV in the room which was great for winding down in the evening. The curtains were a bit outdated and the carpeted floors could use a good clean. We tried room service once, but it took a while for them to deliver and the order wasn't quite right. housekeeping seemed a bit inconsistent, with some areas not being cleaned properly. One more thing, the paid Wi-Fi in the rooms was a bit disappointing, especially considering the price we were paying. And the valet parking was overpriced in my opinion. the Hilton had its ups and downs.

the hotel had mad sports stuff to do, like volleyball, and we hit up the Cruise Terminal and Fishing Pier nearby. So much fun, it was epic!
Yo, we wished they had more late-night parties at the swim-up bar. That would've taken our vacay to the next level!
